3.  Miles Brabbin Bowker (1806-1864)
m. Barbara Petronella Oosthuisen

He married Barbara Petronella Oosthuisen, on of the daughters of Petrus Oosthuisen whose wagons brought the Bowker family up to 'Tharfield; when they first landed in Algoa Bay in 1820.  Some time later another sister, Hester Oosthuisen, married Miles's brother William.
